Why Jackie?
I've spent more than 25 years working with English — as a coach, translator, editor, writer and communicator. Over the years, I've learned that people rarely need more English in isolation. They need English they can use when something matters.
My approach is personal, practical and adapted to the person in front of me. We'll work on the English, of course. But we'll also work on clarity, confidence, tone, ideas and the very human business of communicating with other people.
